Mr. Md. Main Uddin is a skilled financial controller who is driven by excellence in the finance and accounting fields at Apex Footwear Ltd. He is a highly motivated and upbeat person who is willing to grow and learn from every encounter. Main Uddin is a natural leader who thrives at managing teams of professionals and building trusting bonds with coworkers and stakeholders. He demonstrates excellent versatility by switching between working independently and working in a team, all the while remaining composed when under pressure to achieve tight deadlines. Main Uddin has a remarkable academic record, securing first place in Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com Hons.) and 36th place in Masters of Business Studies (MBS). As a result of his exceptional achievement in level exams, he has also received scholarships from the ICSB. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), two prominent professional bodies in the country. Having held senior positions with more than fourteen years in the service sector, financial sector, and manufacturing companies. Main Uddin stands out as a committed and experienced financial expert who is well-positioned to make a substantial contribution to the development and success of any business he serves. He is a registered Income Tax Practitioner and a member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association. Main Uddin conducts various training sessions in the capacity of Instructor on IFRS, Taxation etc., works as a regular faculty of ICAB, ICSB and other prominent bodies, actively involved in various standing and sub-committee of ICAB and ICSB as well.

Soumitra Kumar Podder serves as the General Manager of Production Planning at Apex Footwear, where he oversees the efficient coordination of resources, processes, and timelines to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. With strong expertise in production strategy and workflow optimization, he plays a key role in balancing demand with capacity, reducing lead times, and enhancing overall productivity. Mr. Qazi Sohel Ahmad is a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager in Supply Chain Management with a remarkable career spanning twenty-one years. Currently serving as General Manager at Apex Footwear Ltd, he excels in leading and transforming supply chain operations. Previously, he held pivotal roles at Omera Petroleum Ltd, Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd, and Commercial Ways Company Ltd, accumulating extensive expertise in value chain analysis, project management, cross-functional integration, and supply chain engineering. Throughout his career, Qazi has successfully managed SCM for raw materials, consumables, machineries, and spares, amounting to million. He has also contributed to several critical projects, including LPG storage & bottling capacity expansions, LPG carrying barges construction, and BMRE project of an LPG cylinder factory, totaling million. Notable achievements include Oracle EBS (ERP Business Solution) implementation and leading historical projects like 'LPG Export to India' and 'LPG Cylinder Export to Africa.' Mr. Salman A Khan is an accomplished General Manager of Product Management with over thirteen years of diverse experience, starting as a Management Trainee. Passionate about continuous learning and growth, Salman now serves as the Head of Product at the Retail Unit of Apex Footwear Limited. With an impressive portfolio of ten domestic and nine global brands, he is a proven expert in product/merchandise, distribution, strategic marketing, and operations management for Retail & alternative channels. Salman's professional journey includes successful stints at reputable organizations such as Rangs Industries Limited, Samsung Electronics, and Bata Shoe Company Bangladesh Ltd. He has received multiple accolades and recognition for his exceptional performance, including being one of the best performers in Southwest Asia. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology at Apex Footwear Limited for both Domestic and International Businesses. Previously, Arif Khan held key roles at prestigious organizations such as Transcom Electronics Limited, Bangladesh Lamps Limited, Super Star Group Limited, Millennium Information Solution Limited and Computer Ease Limited. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in developing and executing various IT Projects, implementing IT Improvement Strategies, and leading Digital Transformation. He completed B.Sc (Hons) in Electronics & Computer Science from Jahangirnagar University and MBA in MIS from East West University.
